ROOM AVAILABLE :-

Available for rent is a master bed-room with loads of space of storage space and built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom comes with a newly-renovated bathroom and toilet. We're on a very high-floor which ensures the room has a brilliant view facing the sea, is well-lit and there's always a strong natural breeze through the house and room.

It has a queen-sized bed and mattress, wardrobe and plenty of cabinet space. The room is air-conditioned though you might not need to use it as we get a fantastic breeze coming in most nights from the sea. FURNISHINGS :-

The apartment is renovated and immaculate. The apartment is fully-furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room whereby everything you need to move in will be provided for. The apartment has a full entertainment set-up including a large-screen (42 inch) LCD Sony television and Blu-ray system and home theatre set-up which you can use freely together with an extensive movie library. There's also an xbox 360 with an extensive games library to wile your time away on during the weekends.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need if you intend to cook at home. Cooking is allowed and encouraged especially if you're a great cook! I definitely won't say no to good home-cooked food.

There is also a balcony overlooking the city where you can unwind after a long day. The views are spectacular during the day and even more so at night.

There is a maid-service which comes every weekend to tidy up the apartment, clean the toilets and handle some ironing..

LOCATION :-

The apartment is located in Bayshore Park which is in the east. Bayshore park is conveniently located in the east and is near Siglap Village/Parkway Parade where you can get all your shopping and groceries done. The condo also has private access to East Coast beach and park. There are shuttle services to Bedok MRT - both to-and-fro and there is a private shuttle service to shenton way and suntec city which I personally use to get to and from work everyday from Suntec. The condo is also very well served by a large number of buses to town, orchard and suntec. You can get to town and suntec within 20 mins by bus and about 10 mins by cab. If you drive, it's about 5-10 mins to town as we're right on the ECP expressway. CONDO FACILITIES/AMENITIES :-

The condo also has excellent facilities including 3 swimming pools, 2 gyms, 4 tennis courts, three good restaurants where you can get excellent food from, a basketball court, an actual proper futsal court, a large well-stocked supermarket and meeting/study rooms as well. You'll find that you'll hardly need to leave Bayshore Park as it's quite self-contained.

WHO WE ARE :-

You'll be sharing the apartment with me and another flatmate. I'm Singaporean and have been living in this apartment the last five years and I've made it relatively cosy. I'm very easy going by nature and quite sociable. I'm a working professional which means I'm hardly at home much these days. I don't entertain at home much so generally it's quite quiet at home and I tend to respect people and their privacy. I'm looking for someone who's sociable, with a sense of humour, neat and ideally someone without homicidal tendencies :)

I should also note that I have a pet cat who's well-trained and very friendly. She minds her own business and she spends most of her time sleeping in my room and shouldn't be a bother at all.

Utilities/Maid-Service/Broadband will be split equally between all the flatmates. If you prefer to have the utilities included in the rent, I'm sure we could work something out.
