We are looking for 1 flatmate to share our amazing HUGE apartment which is perched on a hill & located a stone's throw from Emerald Hill & walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, clinics, etc. Couples are welcome
A quaint & scenic 10min walk brings us to Somerset MRT & SUNTEC city/Raffles Place are only 2-3 MRT stops away. Enjoy shopping at Hereen, Paragon & Ngee Ann City along Orchard Road Taxis are easy to get and we are well serviced by buses at Orchard Road.
Common living areas & rooms are bright, airy & have unblocked view of greenery.
The room is absolutely massive (abt 400 sq ft). The room is furnished with a walk in wardrobe, queen size bed, writing desk and chair & aircon. The private bathroom has a tub.
There is a pool, gym and squash court in the condo and newton hawker centre is only just a short walk away. There are also 3 supermarkets within walking distance.
Room rate is $1700 excluding twice weekly maid and bills (abt 100 - $150 per month per person). Available from 1 June 2010.
