It'll be okay if you want to stay for few days only, it'll be S$40/day.
The rent will be S$900 for staying a month only, and S$800 for renting over 3 months.
My home is very comfortable and situated at the north east of Singapore. Do not be deceived by the location of the map. Train station is only 7 mins walk away, granting you access to any where in Singapore. Going to town only takes about 25min train ride. There is a shopping mall beside the train station. There, you can find a lot of eateries and places to shop. There is supermarket and thus you can buy your necessity .
The house is peaceful and quiet and face away from the noisy road. Although my house have no facilities, the public swimming pool is right behind us and there is gym there. You can do your daily exercise there. There is a park which is 5 min walk away.
By travelling more north east, you can reached Punggol. You can play water sports there such as wakeboarding. You do not need to travel all the way to East Coast Park to try. You will have a fun filled day there too! Going Kovan which is one stop away, you can find a lot of good local eateries there.
There are single and double rooms, common and master rooms. some can even accommodate to 3 or 4 persons. every room is clean. There is a attached bathroom for maximum privacy for the master room, You can do light cooking in the kitchen. You can ask me for any directions or questions.
