Welcome to Monica's Homestay. We are providing a homestay services at a private apartment which is centrally located and with superb transportation.
I, myself, am a healthcare professional working in a hospital. I have an Indonesian maid who takes care of the housekeeping around the place.
The apartment is located just 7 mins to Novena MRT station. Moreover, convenient bus services right at the door step that link to most parts of S'pore. It is just walking distance to United Square and Novena Square; a few minutes to Orchard Shopping Belt and of course, close to famous Newton Food Centres and other eateries.
The rental will be based on the type of rooms chose. We have single room, twin sharing room. On average, expect to pay around $900 per person. The rental includes utilities, wireless internet, laundry (excluding dry-cleaning) and housekeeping services. Meal is optional and available upon request.
Currently, we are looking for students, and females tenant who doesn't mind hanging around with students. Do contact me for further enquiry.
