I have a common room to rent. Rental at $1300. Looking for some one to rent from 1st feb to 31st August 2012. Or Mid Feb is good too. Room available 1st Feb 2012
We are all working proffesionals here, I take a lot of pride in keeping my house clean and well lived. The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe and a bed, as well as there is a desk for work, and yes wireless internet all around the house and room.
The rest of the house is quite spacious as we have our bicycles in the front. This unit is very
quiet as we only have one neighbour on our floor. In out private apartment, there are only 8 neighbours in our block. We have a washer, toilet for 2 ppl to share and currently the room is available on in Febuary as my housemate will be moving.
Not only that, I love clean and tidyness and my helper who is my cleaner cleans this place once a week! We also have around the clock security as the police walks around our apartment as we are living across the president house Istana.
Walking to orchard 1st you will reach Cuppage terrace where all the bars are like Bobbys, Kaz Bar and also Cable car... Pasta Fresca and you ll see Holiday Inn Hotel in like 7mins walk. Nearest Mrt is Somerset.
You will be sharing with my housemates that are about 20s. We are all working professionals an we are very easygoing. Quiet as we are so busy. And, best part is this room is the refreshing view of the greenery.. All of us have busy careers and active social lives, so are not around the flat all the time, but like have a chat here now and then.
I am looking for one person to take up this room and looking to rent long term.
