“Some Little things to take note”
1. We only accept cash payment in SGD.
2. . $100: deposit for weekly and $200: deposit for monthly (Deposit upon check-in). This fee will be refunded to you upon your check-out.
3. Children below 16 should be accompanied by an adult. If you have young children traveling with you, please call or email to inform us first.
4. We reserve the right to turn away guests we deem unsuitable without refunding their remaining nights if there is any.
5. All Booking fees/deposits are non-refundable.
6. Lease take note that our normal check-in time is at 12nn and check-out is at 12pm. We will only hold your beds or rooms for 3 hours from the arrival time you have stated in your booking form..so if there are any changes to your travel plans, please kindly inform us by phone.
7. If we are able to accommodate your timing, there will be a late check in surcharge of S$5 per person to check in after 12 midnight.
