Hi, we are located at Selegie House, in the city area, near Dhouby Ghaut, Little India and Bugis MRT. Our unit is all-female.
This is a sharing room. The room can accommodate up to 2 persons, and the rent for each person is $750 (negotiable).
You will be living in newly-furnished rooms! All furniture will be brand new as well! The rent includes utlities. Our facilities include air-con, wifi Internet, kitchen, fridge, washing machine, instant heater, microwave, etc. We have 2 toilet/shower facilities. I am not an agent, so there is no need to pay any agent fees.
We are located just outside the CBD of Singapore and also a short ride away to Orchard Road, Singapore's shopping street. We are less than a minute's walk to 2 different bus-stops and only about a 5-minute walk from Little India MRT. We have come out with a list of places which are near us (walking distance).
