Provide a welcoming and secure environment for the Students/Tenant.
Provide a room and study area to the student/tenant, which shall include laundry & housekeeping services if necessary.
Provide brand new fully furnish furniture which includes a comfortable bed, study desk, chair, good lightings, cabinet, appropriate storage for belongings in the student’s/tenant’s room. These rooms will be twin-sharing (2 person in each room).
Provide reasonable access to internet, television.
Provide air-conditioning during bedtime (9pm-7.30am) daily
