It is only two MRT stations away (10 mins) from the world best Changi International Airport and 8 stations (30 mins) to downtown Marina Bay, Esplanade, Orchard, two Integrated Resort cum Casino ready in 2010. Condo facilities includes Olympic sized swimming pool, well equipped Gym, Jacuzzi pool, hot Sauna, 4 x Tennis courts, 1 x Basketball/Badminton court, 1 x street Football court, 3 x Squashcourts, Mini-mart, Unisex hair salon, exercise fitness corners, BBQ pits, golf putting green, and also a 1.2km tropical jogging tracks are all absolutely for "FREE" complimentary use and courtesy from the Owners. You will be issued a Melville Park Membership cum Security card for access to the Condo as well as access use of the facilities.
From S$1K per mth (single person) or from S$1.3K (2 persons) inclusive, all our rooms are fully furnished with WIFI-wireless broadband INTERNET leased from Starhub. All rooms are fully airconed, furnished with King or Queen-sized or single beds + dressing table, wardrobes, TV, DVD*, mini-fridge*, office-table, and chair, towels, etc. The shared common areas are the Dining/living hall, kitchen with fully equipped appliances & utensils provided, self laundry area with washing machine and drying area.
