I am a neat and clean; fun and easy going person. I am looking for one clean and furnished room to rent with modern design. It should be air conditioned and has fast internet connection; preferably has cleaning (housekeeping) service included in the rent fee. It has to be in walking distance (5-7 minutes) from MRT station.
Only interested in ads with photos of the room and the apartment unit. Should be without agent fee, starting contract of 3 months and renewable in the future.
