I’m looking for like-minded clean, neat & tidy person to share my room in a quaint private walk-up apt.
Brilliantly located within 5 minutes walk to/from Novena MRT, there are at least 3 direct buses to Orchard Road in 8minutes & Raffles Place in 15 minutes. Wi-fi/washer/microwave/fridge/tv.
If you're one of those who "walk the road less traveled" and also able to appreciate inner beauty, you will grow to love this cozy apt and its super spacious rooms. The room is fully furnished with bed/wardrobe/study desk/ceiling fan.
However, if you want to stay in a place just to impress your friend, this is definitely NOT for you as there is no swimming pool/gym & parking is on first come first served basis.
There are 2 bathrooms both with shower/heater/toilet facilities for use.
Nationalities/age/gender/sexual orientation is of no importance. Would be nice to live with those who have loads of common sense and treat others the way they themselves like to be treated. You must have courage to admit & apologize for your mistake, clean up after yourself, keep the common area clean & switch off the electrical power once you're done using it.
Terms
1 month deposit & 1 month advance rental. Rental is payable before or on the 1st of every month.
$600 per month available wef 01.11.2010.
Utilities is co-shared to avoid inconsiderate people.
Cooking is allowed as long as you clean up after your cooking adventures.
