Looking for Single Professional to share a 3-4 Bedrooms Condo with 2-3 other Expats. Rental for Master Bedroom with attached Bathroom/Toilet at S$1,400 & 2 different sizes Common Rooms at S$1,100 each (EXCLUDES utilities). Utilities to be shared among 3-4 flatmates (including you), estimated about S$70 to max. S$100 per room.
Within 5-7 mins walk from Paya Lebar MRT. 5-6 stations away from City Hall & Raffles Place. Buses available to many places of S'pore.
Full Condo Facilities with Nice & Modern Swimming Pools, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Gym, Tennis Courts, BBQ Pits, & 24 Hours Security.
All rooms are fully furnished with Aircon, Built-in Wardrobes, Bed with Mattress, Study Table With Chair.
Upon confirmation of room rental, tenant has to pay one month security deposit, first month rental & Agent's Fee. Agent Fee is half the rental amount for 3-12 months lease, one time payment only.
