Hi, we are a young Euro-S'porean family of three living in a condo with full facilities (tennis, swimming pool, bbq, squash, street soccer etc) near to the airport. We are Professionals and owners of the home.
We are looking for a tenant for our fully furnished common room. The room is pool view but it is not noisy. Our home is very clean and tidy.
Our condo provide shuttle to Tampines MRT (7 minutes drive) and there are few bus stops nearby if you wish to travel. There is an express shuttle to take you to the city via expressway right infront of our condo. Less 30 mins Journey to the city via the express shuttle and 40 mins journey via shuttle and mrt.
Several eating establishments are a short walk or drive away.Changi Village is 10 minutes away from our home. It is also close to White Sands shopping centre, Tampines Mart and Loyang Point where there is a host of amenities such as shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.
We are a friendly and easygoing family. We have a live in helper staying with us who will also do your laundry and room cleaning everyday.
