Room is furnished with queen side bed built-in wardrobe, table and air-con. There are refrigerator, washing machine and a fiber optic WIFI inside the apartment. It will take you 5 to 8 min to get to the Admiralty MRT and about 3 min walk to the bus-stop. There are also bakery shops, bubble tea shop, wet market, fast-food restaurants, food court, clinic & mini supermarkets all in walking distant. The room rental is $1200 per month for minimum 12 months stay and $1500 per month for minimum 3 months short term.. Only light cooking is allow. Owner don't stay in the house. P.S. There are 24" LED TV, DVD player, free Movie cable, free local calls.....
