We are looking for someone to share our nice walk-up apartment (3 storeys high) with. It is a 3-bedroom apartment. The available room has air-conditioning, a queen size bed, a closet and bookshelves. You have your own bathroom. The room is quiet and cozy and looks out over a nice low-rise residential area with lots of green.

There is wireless internet and naturally you can share the kitchen, living room, TV, washing machine etc.

The apartment is located right at the end of Upper Thomson Road, beginning of Sembawang Road. It's a quiet, green area. There are lots of amenities and eateries close by. There are busses only 2 mins walk away which take you directly into town - Orchard and Little India (approx 40 mins), to Ang Mo Kio MRT (15 mins), Novena MRT (25 mins) or to Yishun MRT (12 mins). If you like nature it is close to Peirce Reservoir.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a couple (both professional) – I’m Dutch (41 yrs old) and my partner is Singaporean (42yrs old). We are easygoing people and are looking for a nice person to share the place with. It would be great if you like cats because we have three.
