LOOKING FOR A HOUSE THAT FEELS LIKE A HOME?
Tired of taking the bus and then the LRT and then the MRT just to get to the more lively areas in Singapore? If so, I've got a great deal for you, right in the heart of the city. Great deal at Newton - huge master room, 5 minutes away from the famous 24-hour Newton food centre and Newton MRT station, 7 minute walk to Orchard Road's Far East Plaza, and shopping centres like Velocity, UE Square etc.
Idyllic surroundings, a stone's throw away from the Orchard shopping district and just a 5 minutes walk from 24-hour Newton food centre, an MRT station, and a mere 7 minutes from clubbing wonderlands - Boat Quay and Clarke Quay. The place is also a few minutes walk to the main road and a whole series of bus stops which will take you anywhere you want to go!
The house is a charming walk-up apartment at Gilstead Road. Neighbours are great, very private, and everyone pretty much minds their own business, including me! :-)
The rooms in the house are spacious, air-conditioned with a bed, closet, TV with cable (movie channel, music channel, you name it we have it) as well as high-speed internet. I am an open-minded fun-loving 20-something-year-old girl who works in the communications/media industry. Males, females, professionals, tourists, interns, smokers, non-smokers, people of all nationalities, races, religions are ALL welcome as I do embrace people from all walks of life. :-)
For a place located at the prestigious Bukit Timah/Orchard Road shopping belt, you can't find a better deal anywhere else!
The huge room is going for: 1.65K inclusive of utilities (available for 12 month lease and short-term lease)
The great thing about this place is I'm very easygoing, you can bring your friends over, anytime you want, feel free to cook, have gatherings or parties (as long as no one calls the police), I'm pretty cool with it. :-)
NOTE: Short-term stay of a few days/weeks can be discussed. However the rate is slightly more (understandably so).
